What we store: your email address, and — only if you give them — your first name and whether you checked the lucid-dreaming box. We also keep the date you signed up and whether you have confirmed or unsubscribed.
Why: to send you the updates you asked for, to honor an unsubscribe instantly, and to stop abuse of this form (we hash, not store, the IP address a signup came from).
How to delete it: email hello@solunefit.com and ask — we will remove your row. Unsubscribing stops all future mail immediately, whether or not you also ask for deletion.
